We met Lucy and her fabulous bridesmaid at their suite as they celebrated and prepared for the big barn wedding. The waterworks were well in action when Lucy’s father saw her for the first time as a bride. Seeing the pride and emotions in his eyes as he hugged his daughter was absolutely heartwarming. After this, we moved for the first look of the couple.
Strolling the grounds before the ceremony allowed the couple to relax and enjoy the views while we captured those intimate moments between them. The natural background and large spaces with lush green areas were ideal for photos.
Touching Ceremony
Before we knew it, it was time to gather in the barn for the ceremony of this countryside wedding. While all guests were seated comfortably, Jake waited eagerly for this bride. Once he saw her walking down the aisle, his face immediately lit up! The ceremony was an emotional rollercoaster, with guests brimming with happiness and bursting with pride. After it was done, everyone stepped up with drinks and snacks. It was an absolute delight witnessing children running wild and enjoying their time while the elderly chatted. The energy was contagious!

Once we captured essential group shots and a few couple portraits, we stepped inside, where the wedding feast and evening festivities awaited. The reception space of Dodford Manor was nicely adorned with white roses as table decorations, while table settings added to the glamour of the space. After the initial toasts, cake cutting followed the heartfelt speeches, spreading joy throughout the room. Following this, the food was served, and guests proceeded to have the celebrations, dancing their hearts out. Simply put, this barn wedding was one for the books!
