Today, we share another memorable story of a lovely couple, Annie & Jules. They got married at St. Mary’s Church in Chigwell. When this gorgeous couple got in touch with us, we felt so excited to cover their day as we knew it would be one day to remember. Annie & Jules chose two different locations for the big day- St. Mary’s Church to exchange vows and Prince Regent Hotel to host their reception. It’s safe to say their elegant wedding was the definition of lavishness, joy, and utter romance!
Memorable Vows at St. Mary’s Church
We first began capturing individual portraits of Annie and Jules at St. Mary’s Church, Chigwell. Before the beautiful bride’s arrival, we took some time off capturing family portraits with Jules and his groomsmen. He looked so dapper in a white and black suit, and his happiness was genuinely evident as he couldn’t stop smiling.
While all guests were comfortably seated at the church, Jules was all smiles as he saw his lovely bride Annie walk down the aisle with her father. Everyone was so excited and ready for the big elegant wedding! Speaking of the guests, they were as lively and vibrant as ever! Wearing all sorts of traditional attire and some truly impressive headpieces, they were a delight to capture! On the other hand, the church was beautifully decorated with flowers, which was lovely and included a beautiful reading. As the couple exchanged vows and kissed each other, everyone blessed the newlyweds and shared a moment of happiness. It was a romantic occasion, full of so much love.
After the ceremony, we sneaked out with the couple, capturing some stunning shots across different parts of St. Mary’s Church. Shortly after the ceremony, everyone moved for the reception at the Prince Regent Hotel in Chigwell. Annie & Jules were so happy on the way there and shared a glass of champagne. It was a perfect moment to capture them in the car while driving to the hotel.
Elegant Wedding Reception at Prince Regent Hotel
Prince Regent Hotel in Chigwell is a picturesque estate offering spectacular indoor and outdoor spaces for elegant weddings – just like Annie and Jules’. The Essex wedding venue had opulent decor and a range of lighting options, creating the perfect ambience for the reception. Apart from the spectacular first dance that we’ll remember forever, the couple also included lots of entertaining games, which were a true delight. All family members danced their hearts out till the end of the evening. As photographers, we loved capturing all emotions through the speeches, dances, and toasts of the couple’s loved ones.
