We booked Big Day Productions for our wedding which was nearly 3 week ago, I can not say enough how... amazing they were. From the moment I emailed them to enquire about prices and packages to even now when selecting our photo prints, the service is fantastic. A couple months before our wedding day our photographer Craig got in touch by email separately with information about himself, a questionnaire about what we wanted for our day, tips, ideas and his personal website for us to view. Soon as I saw this I was elated! his photos were just what we had in mind. Which was a big relief as it a bit daunting not knowing who your photographer is. I can't stop looking at our wedding photos! We had such a wonderful day and Rich was there to... capture the best bits. He got a great range of photos in and around Sheffield registry office, the restaurant, Winter Gardens and the city. It is brilliant to have that variety, including some portraits of couples, groups and the whole wedding party, as well as some black and white photos. Rich was friendly and flexible and filled the brief perfectly. It was certainly worth the wait getting the photos back. Thank you!read more

I cannot say enough how much Big Day was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding! Aware... that I wouldn’t know who my photographer was until 2 months before the wedding did worry me, but I decided to take a leap of faith as Big Day had lots of positive reviews and many incredible photo and film packages for a fraction of the price if I went direct. And it absolutely paid off! I was able to share details of the type of photography I was hoping for, and Big Day really listened to this. They were so responsive whenever I had questions and flexible in their services.Our photographer, Costa, was an absolute star! I had time to discuss details with him before the wedding day and felt reassured he understood me. He also captured so many beautiful photos and really captured the essence of me and my partner, and of the day. Genuinely feel as though we got an incredible photographer for a fraction of the price if we went directly, and there was no compromise on the quality of the service or photos we received!Big Day also sent us all our photos online as well as a cute usb keepsake, and as part of our package, offered free wedding prints too. I must admit I was a little dubious about Big Day Productions at first as the prices and the... packages seemed too good to be true! I am so glad we trusted the positive reviews and booked them. Obviously the only downfall is you aren’t able to find out who your photographer will be until quite close to the wedding date, though it seems all photographers on their books have a similar style. After booking we decided to lengthen the duration of the photographer and contacted Big Day via Whatapp. The response was quick, professional and efficient. Our photographer contacted us over the phone for a consultation prior to the wedding. We were blown away by the talent of Sarah and can’t wait until our gallery is ready. We were informed that this would be around 8 weeks post wedding, however, this wasn’t a problem for us as it is something to look forward to after the come down from the celebrations. Sarah was kind enough to send us some ‘proof’ photos as a little teaser 😍read more

We had Big Day Productions for both our video and photography. They were fantastic! It wasn't the... greatest day weather wise, but it stopped raining for us to be able to get our photos done, and they didn't dissappoint. Absolutely gorgeous! And our videos captured the day and night so perfectly. I watch our highlight video constantly, which we got in a little video album for a very good price. The gentlemen we had were very friendly, we hardly noticed that they were there, and their skills when seeing the finished product was surplus. My husband and I used Big Day Productions for our wedding day (24/1/23) and it was one of the best... decisions. We were allocated Constanin as photographer and Andreus as videographer. I spoke with both prior to the big day and discussed any particular photographs we wanted. On the day they were prompt, friendly and could not do enough for us. They also guided us throughout the day and it was clear that they knew what they were doing and where to get the best shots. We received out video and photos on 5/1/24 and we are so happy with them. The video really sums up the day and the photos were lovely- and there were some candid shots in there that really showed off our personalities too. Honestly could not have asked for more!read more

We booked big day productions for our twilight wedding at the secret garden in Ashford on the 10th... of November 2023. They were amazing at communicating with us throughout leading up to and after our. If day. The photographs were so easy to access and share to all our friends and family online and for them and us to purchase and were sent to us on a beautifully presented usb as well. The photographer that was supplied to us Constantin was incredible, he captured the most romantic and dreamiest photos and made sure we got all the main ones to. We got married in September 2023 and booked with Big Day Productions a year prior. From start to... finish the service we have received has been top quality. Big Day have been extremely professional and responded to all queries within 24 hours and they have eased any anxieties we had about the process.When we initially applied we gave details on where we would be getting married and what sort of style we were looking for and Big Day soon matched us with our photographer, Naim from Studio Enso. We are super super happy with our experience with Big Day Productions! Right from the very... beginning to the end has been a seamless process we cannot fault anything - I Google searched wedding photography to see what was out there in our area. We didn’t have a huge budget as it was a small intimate family wedding of 36. I spotted BDP read the details of what they provided, the options and pricing, it seemed perfect and matched our budget. I enquired by email and WhatsApp, received a very quick response which I was really impressed by. Later that evening I discussed it with my fiancé and we booked - job done! We received all the required information as and when we requested it, questions etc were answered in a very timely manner never waiting for more than 48 hours (normally the next day) and the responses were always very clear and also very friendly and personable, I was talking with a real person which is lovely as your wedding is such an exciting time. Time went on quietly as it was explained I knew exactly when things were happening so no need to worry, along the way in the last few months I had a questions which were answered as always really quickly, Ebony was always so helpful. Before the photographer made contact i naturally as a bride started to pull everything together and a little panic set in - oh my goodness what if I’m unsure of their photography style, what if we don’t click, what if the photos are lost etc…ahhh however there was absolutely no need to worry! Our photographer Craig Hickey made contact, we completed his forms and organised the day all perfectly planned…see you on the 15th at 11.30am. At the very last minute and I mean the day before the wedding we organised and paid for additional time with our photographer which was a simple and quick process. Wow on the day it was just unreal Craig arrived he introduced himself, we took a walk together to the venue room where he took stunning photos and then we returned to the suite and took more of us all getting ready. Onto our wedding venue where as an Italian wedding we had a long list of family photos. Craig was just brilliant he engaged with us an our guests beautifully they all loved him. After our ceremony we travelled to our reception where he captured the most amazing photos of love, fun and candid moments we can cherish forever.A perfect experience from beginning to end I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Big Day Productions to anyone we will be booking them again for our first anniversary party.Thank you from Nico and Marie Scarlataread more

We used Big Day Production for both our wedding photography and videography at Dodford Manor back... in August this year and we can’t thank them enough for everything! From responding to emails really quickly and answering any questions and queries, to the quality of the photos we’ve had back. The packages were so flexible and we were able to add extra hours and tweaks timings quite last minute and it was no trouble at all. We used Big Day Productions for our intimate wedding in the UK following eloping in the Dolomites.... We were strapped for cash because the elopement so decided not to invest too much money in a photographer for the UK celebration despite it being a priority for us so we found BDP who were very reasonably priced. Because of the price difference between the Italy and UK photographers we didn't expect much from the latter but on the day we were super impressed with how efficient and knowledgeable Benji, our BDP photographer, was. We were then BLOWN AWAY by the images we received very promptly about 6 weeks later.BDP have been efficient, timely and smooth throughout the entire process. They were super happy to move the booking by an hour fairly last minute due to a change in plans, too. They've proved the saying 'you get what you pay for' wrong - with these guys you get so much more! Will use them for every event I want documented in the future, very impressed.read more

Josh and Ebony always responded very quickly every time we had a question and put our minds at ease.
