Intimate weddings have that special spark attached to them that makes our hearts flutter with joy. With that said, you can only imagine how excited we were when James and Claire booked us to capture all the festivities. They are an incredibly laid-back couple and have executed their vision to perfection. James and Claire’s London wedding was so heartwarming, and they really knew how to charm the camera. Intimacy & Sophistication
When planning their London wedding, the couple didn’t want any extravagance. Instead, they opted for an intimate atmosphere with their closest ones attending. Despite the size, they ensured sophistication and elegance were at the forefront. Luckily, their chosen venue, Allbright Mayfair Members Club, helped them out with their execution. This female-only club can be transformed to house intimate weddings, which is exactly what James and Claire did. The venue provided a beautiful setting, and the couple made it even richer with all the greenery and flowers. In short, this London wedding didn’t need anything more!
Spontaneous London Wedding Shoot
Since we’re London wedding photographers, you already know our favourite part of the celebration. That’s right – the couple portraits. Generally, most couples need to warm up and let loose for a bit until they flaunt their best poses. However, this wasn’t the case for James and Claire.
The laid-back feel didn’t stop at the couple’s London wedding. On the contrary, it continued at the shoot. Amid the festivities, we stepped out of Allbright Mayfair Members Club and hit the streets. This is where James and Claire truly shined. When they first stood in front of the camera, it seemed like they had been doing this for years. They embraced the spontaneity of their intimate wedding and didn’t do any major posing. Instead, they laughed, twirled, hugged, and simply had a great time. We even stopped for a pint at a local bar!
Capturing Heartfelt Memories
Finally, we went back to the London wedding, where James and Claire were showered with love by their closest friends and family. They heard some great speeches, sang and danced, and finished the night with a chilled bottle of bubbly. All in all, this was an epic celebration, and we were so glad to be a part of it!
