Their bridal celebration was intimate and elegant, and their love for details made the day unique and incredibly heartwarming. Simply put, we enjoyed capturing their love story surrounded by the Scottish treasures and their loved ones!
A Grandiose Church for a Romantic Ceremony
The couple opted for a traditional ceremony, so they chose Peebles Old Parish Church for their union. Naturally, the church provided the exact setting they desired for a private and intimate Peebles wedding. The ancient stone walls and stained glass windows created an ambience that Amy and Kevin envisioned for their big day.
Indeed, they did not forget about the details. Amy and Kevin arrived in a vintage car, including a lone piper at the church’s entrance. Equally important, our love birds only had their close family and friends with them to commemorate this big moment and begin their new chapter in the Scottish style.
An Intimate Photoshoot with The Newlyweds
The couple opted for Peebles Hydro Hotel for their reception. Thus, we decided to take advantage of the gorgeous surroundings and create some lovely memories. The Peebles wedding venue’s lavish gardens provided the ideal backdrop for a romantic bridal photo session. Despite the rather cloudy weather, we captured magical photographs! The grandiose hotel, with the numerous stairs and lush greenery, provided us with a fairytale-like scenery every Scotland wedding photographer desires.
A Peebles Wedding Reception to Remember
Amy and Kevin decided to go with subtle and delicate decor to achieve a romantic atmosphere for their Peebles wedding. That said, they opted for candlelight in combination with simple floral arrangements, making the ballroom nothing short of fascinating. Additionally, the couple also decided to include a “wow” element. A big “love” sign that illuminated the space and gave it a special authentic touch!
Being part of Amy and Kevin’s Peebles wedding was a true honour! We loved following them on their big day and creating their love story with an abundance of romantic features. Undoubtedly, it was a day we will never forget!
