Wedding photography and film at Kew Gardens
Kew Gardens is an outdoor weddings venue in London, set within one of the world's most celebrated botanical gardens and home to the iconic Victorian Temperate House.
Kew Gardens brings botanical magic to a London wedding, with Victorian glasshouses, sweeping lawns and the iconic Temperate House. Lush, light-filled and cinematic, right up our street.
We are completely smitten with what this place offers on a wedding day: sweeping lawns, lush greenery and those extraordinary glasshouses that flood every frame with the kind of warm, natural light we live for. It is cinematic in the truest sense, a backdrop that does the heavy lifting beautifully. Filming a wedding here is absolutely on our list, and we cannot wait for the day we get that call.
Getting to Kew Gardens
Kew Gardens station is your best bet, sitting right on the District line and just a five minute walk from the main entrance. It is small but perfectly placed. If you are flying in, Heathrow is the closest major airport, around 30 minutes by tube on the Piccadilly line, then a quick change at Hammersmith onto the District line. Parking near Kew is limited and the surrounding streets get busy, so driving is genuinely not worth the stress. A few paid car parks sit nearby on Kew Road, but spaces go quickly. For the evening, book your taxi or Uber in advance. Kew can get quiet after dark and waiting times increase, so sort your ride home before the dancing starts.
