Wedding photography and film at The Roslin Beach Hotel

The Roslin Beach Hotel is a boutique hotel weddings venue on the Thorpe Bay seafront near Southend-on-Sea, sitting directly on the Thames Estuary with wide open water views and immediate beach access.

A boutique hotel directly on the Thorpe Bay seafront near Southend-on-Sea, The Roslin combines contemporary coastal design with direct beach access and wide Thames Estuary views — sea light flooding the ceremony space from all sides.

We are genuinely drawn to what this place offers photographically: that coastal light, flooding in from all sides, is the kind of natural, ever-shifting quality that makes ceremony and portrait coverage feel alive. The contemporary interiors give a clean, elegant contrast to the raw texture of the shoreline just beyond the doors. It is a venue we would love to bring our cameras to.
