Today, we will share the enchanting love story of Olivia and Joseph. They chose the picturesque Cissbury Barns in Findon as the backdrop for their woodland wedding. This unique woodland venue offers a stunning landscape and charming settings that are a magnet for couples seeking a one-of-a-kind wedding experience.
Wedding Morning Preparation
The wedding morning started with getting ready shots. The lovely bride, Olivia, and her bridal party were calm as they were getting ready at the bridal suites. Olivia looked lovely in puffy sleeves and a net gown with floral prints. What’s more? Her glasses made a fabulous style statement and made her look even more cute. We took a couple of shots of her and the bridal party.
Meanwhile, we whizzed off to the barns a short distance away from the enchanted forest wedding to capture some of the guests arriving. As usual, as everyone started arriving, there was a bit of buzz before the ceremony. Joseph, the groom, started ushering guests into the barn, ready for the ceremony and arrival of the bride.
The Elegant Ceremony and Woodland Wedding Session
Olivia arrived in the car and greeted her father, who was emotional about seeing her as the bride. The woodland wedding procession began shortly after, and Olivia arrived for the ceremony with her father. She looked like an absolute picture of happiness walking down on her father’s arm, and the look on Joseph’s face was priceless. After exchanging their vows and rings, they kissed passionately and were pronounced married.
Following the ceremony, Olivia and Joseph headed outside for confetti and a few family photos. While the guests were ushered for the cocktails, I took some time off with the couple for forest-theme wedding photos. Additionally, we loved featuring the surrounding areas of this Findon wedding venue. Olivia and Joseph were totally themselves, relaxed and happy, and very much in love as they wandered through the enchanting forest wedding settings, taking photos.
Cissbury Barns have secluded settings and rustic features. Moreover, they offer romantic settings and a fantastic outdoor area that adds to its charm. There are two large barn areas, one in the front near a lawn garden and the other in the large patio and bar area. Both barns have huge floor-to-ceiling glass doorways that let natural light flood in. This is what makes the venue a true photographer’s dream!
Endless Fun At The Findon Wedding Reception
The guests were seated and were happy to welcome Olivia and Joseph back with applause and a few speeches. Capturing speeches is one of the fun and emotional parts of the day! There were many tears of joy and emotions. It’s just too good to miss! As the forest-theme wedding photographers, we love it when couples invite us for their whole day. Capturing their whole story from the wedding is so wonderful, and we love capturing every single detail.
Afterwards, as the speeches got underway, cake cutting followed. Then, the most awaited part of the evening arrived: the couple’s first dance. Olivia and Joseph’s first dance as newlyweds made everyone smile and happy. Then, they were joined by their family and friends, who had an endless celebration throughout the night.
