The prices quoted above should provide you with everything you need, including processing, we will not charge any usage or license fees.
Travel Expenses are dependent on the job location, should there be any additional travel expenses we will provide these costs in our quotation.

Nobody likes hidden costs, so we make them clear from the very beginning and have listed our standard prices – however, we often find potential clients overestimate the time it will take to get their photos and so therefore also over estimate their costs.
Due to this we usually find it’s best for us to give you a personalised quote and we will be happy to provide you with a full breakdown of our rates that clearly explains the options that best suit your needs.
What you’ll receive for the prices above:
- Our time to take your photographs – your costs are based on how long it takes us to shoot your project, we’re professionals so we get the job done and won’t take any longer than we need to.
- Professional Photographs of your project – we don’t hold any back and we don’t have any hidden charges for extra images, you’ll receive as many as we’re able to provide.
- Our Professional Commercial Photography Expertise.
- Our time to process your images – they will be cropped, edited for colour balance and basic sharpening – In general it takes (at least) as long to process and edit your photographs as it does to take them. There are no extra charges for processing unless you request specific editing that is outside of our usual process, we would provide a quote for enhanced image processing and Photoshop work.
- Supply of your high resolution Photographs – usually electronically however we can also provide them on USB at no extra cost if required.
- A license/the right to use your images
- We aim to store all of our original photo files for up to 12 months, so if any are lost we’ll still be able to provide them to you. We usually keep them much longer, just so you know.
